Two of our core values at TRIMEDX are Excellence and Making a Difference, and we embody these when we recognize the operational leadership and dedication our associates make for the well–being of our clients and associates. When an associate takes the time to recognize a fellow TRIMEDX colleague, we celebrate it.
Recently, TRIMEDX associate John Methe, an active member of the Army National Guard, took the time to recognize his supervisor JaQuay Steiner with a Patriot Award nomination sponsored by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). The Patriot Award reflects efforts made to support citizen warriors through a wide range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families and granting leaves of absence if needed.
John wanted to personally recognize JaQuay for being “extremely supportive of my military service during my extended annual training―, both past and upcoming―as well as my pre-deployment training and participation in my state Best Warrior Competition. Jai, as we call her, is a military spouse and a true patriot. She actively seeks former servicemembers and reservists when hiring technicians.”
TRIMEDX is proud to join in celebrating JaQuay for her leadership as well as John for his service to our country. TRIMEDX will continue to celebrate the accomplishments of all our associates and give special thanks to our veteran members. We are able to accomplish great things, because of the people who deliver excellence and make a difference to our clients and communities daily.
TRIMEDX is an active supporter and employer to our United States veteran community, and we are forever grateful for our service members’ sacrifice for and duty to our country. We are pleased to have many veterans and active military associates on staff, and even more proud when they take the time to recognize one of our civilian associates with a thoughtful reward.
