Associate Impact Groups

At TRIMEDX, we recognize the importance of building and maintaining a workplace culture and have established five Associate Impact Groups (AIGs). These groups are comprised of associates who voluntarily come together based on shared characteristics, life experiences, or interests. We offer opportunities for associates to participate in leadership, as members and ambassador roles. All goals and activities for each group are aligned with our Workplace Culture Commitment and support our continued focus on associate engagement, retention, and recruitment through our 4C model. We are committed to a workplace where every associate feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
