Trimedx team reviewed IV pump utilization with care team at one facility and determined that 50 devices (30% of the organization’s fleet) was highly underutilized.
Pumps were redeployed from the existing facility (reducing operating costs 30%) to another facility requesting new pumps resulting in $150K CapEx cost avoidance.
