Neil provides strategic leadership to Trimedx as it advances its clinical asset management solutions, expands technology-enabled services, and enhances its impact on healthcare. A seasoned executive with decades of experience in healthcare technology and services, he has a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Before joining Trimedx, Neil served as CEO of Optum Insight and previously was CEO and President of Change Healthcare and held leadership roles at Oracle Corporation and IBM. He has also been a senior advisor at Blackstone Group and serves on the Board of CCC Intelligent Solutions. Neil leads Trimedx at a pivotal time as the company builds upon its strong foundation, investing in technology and data-driven insights to better serve its healthcare partners.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and an MBA from Northeastern University. Neil was the Chairman and a long-time executive committee member of the Healthcare Leadership Council in Washington, D.C., and a Board member of the Nashville Healthcare Council.

Kristi McDermott serves as the chief operating officer for Trimedx. McDermott has been with Trimedx since 2018 after the company acquired Aramark Healthcare Technologies and has served as chief commercial officer and president of clinical engineering during that time. She has been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years and almost half of her career has been dedicated to the healthcare technology management industry. McDermott earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and a master’s in business administration from Maryville University in St. Louis.

Throughout her career, Dawn has been focused on global private equity companies in automotive, life sciences, and health care. Prior to joining Trimedx in 2016, Dawn served in executive roles at Envigo, Harlan Laboratories, and Remy International. Steven brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience to Trimedx. Prior to joining the organization, he was executive vice president at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing product revenue and leading a global team of 10,000 associates. He also served as CEO of GE Digital and chief digital officer for GE Power. Earlier in his career, Steven spent 14 years at Microsoft, most recently as general manager and chief data scientist for the Azure cloud platform. He earned a bachelor’s degree in behavioral psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.

As general counsel, Art Fisher provides overall legal counsel and legal direction for Trimedx, executive management, and the Board of Directors. He also serves as chief compliance officer. Prior to joining Trimedx, Art was general counsel for Determine, a publicly traded software company, as well as a member of the Corporate Group at the law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels, where he counseled public and private companies on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Art was a first grade English teacher at Christel House de México in Mexico City before attending law school. He is a graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and DePauw University.

Prior to joining Trimedx, Jim spent over 25 years at Philips Healthcare and GE HealthCare in multiple senior leadership positions in the multivendor business line, including multiple CEO roles and global business leadership. Jim is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.

In this role, Chris is responsible for ensuring Trimedx is operationally ready to integrate and optimize strategic opportunities, driving alignment, efficiency, and value realization across the organization. Chris brings more than three decades of leadership experience in healthcare technology and asset optimization. In previous roles at Trimedx, he led the clinical asset management solutions business unit and commercial operations, driving significant operational improvements & led key implementations for new and existing clients. Prior to joining Trimedx, he held senior leadership positions at Aramark Healthcare Technologies and served as principal and owner of BioMedical Solutions, Inc. Peter began his career as a biomedical engineering technician for ServiceMaster and was with Aramark Healthcare Technologies for 36 years, serving numerous roles including director of operations, zone vice president, and regional vice president. Peter earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from California Coast University. He is also a certified plant maintenance manager.

Jason has been with Trimedx for 12 years and started his career leading pricing, transitioned to client services, and most recently led business development. He has over 20 years of experience in operational and commercial roles and previously served in positions with United Technologies and Guardsmark. Jason earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Loyola University.

He has over 20 years of experience in operational and commercial roles and previously served in positions with United Technologies and Guardsmark. Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Shared Services
Kelley is senior vice president of supply chain and shared services at Trimedx. She is responsible for strategic sourcing, centralized procurement, digital system & data transformation, service strategy, and execution. In addition, Kelley leads the company’s supply chain strategic direction, optimization of service strategy, as well as business & technical training curriculum and programs for Trimedx University™. She has experience in manufacturing operations, new product development, global supply chain, and training and has worked in a variety of roles in the automotive and healthcare industries. Kelley earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Purdue University.

Rob Moorey serves as president of clinical engineering for Trimedx. Rob has been with Trimedx for over thirteen years and has served as senior vice president of customer delivery and division vice president during that time. Before joining Trimedx, he spent eight years working for Aramark Healthcare Technologies in various leadership roles and began his career as a United States Air Force Biomedical Equipment Technician, stationed at Andrews Air Force Base outside Washington, D.C. Rob has 35 years of experience in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM). Rob earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, Texas. Rob is dual certified as a Certified Radiology Equipment Specialist (CRES) and a Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET). Rob is also a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
