Client owns a flow cytometer which had been historically serviced by the OEM on a time and materials (T&M) basis. Client was frustrated with the cost of repairs and poor response time from the vendor under the T&M relationship.
Using its historical knowledge of this device from other clients, Trimedx determined that the most effective strategy was an OEM-based service contract on the device. This reduced the client’s cost by 30% and improved level of service.
