We provide solutions suitable for an entire facility or a few key departments, and we apply the resources you need in the most efficient manner.

Our solutions are truly flexible – we don’t box you into choosing one of a few predefined programs that work best for us. We develop YOUR program in a way that works best for you.

  • Coverage hours: We provide a fully-capped, comprehensive 24/7 service and parts solution, or we provide coverage at reduced hours based on your equipment utilization requirements.
  • Modalities: We have expertise in all clinical and diagnostic equipment management, regardless of the manufacturer. We can customize a solution based around a specific modality, or modalities, depending on your service desires.
  • Mission-critical coverage: We can provide a high-reliability equipment program around all the equipment in a facility, or develop specific service levels around medical equipment that is identified by you as critical to business operations.
  • Staffing: We’re flexible in our approach to staffing. The technical associates can be employed by you to ensure full culture immersion, or we can staff the necessary technical associates for you.
  • Service contracts: We will initiate a program to phase-out all additional service contracts to create a streamlined TriMedx solution, or we can solely provide the management of all necessary service contracts.
  • Preventive Maintenance: PMs can be a feature of a fully-capped program, or a stand-alone program depending on your clinical and regulatory needs.
  • Regulatory consultation: We will help you with regulatory readiness as part of a fully-capped program, and we also create programs where you maintain the regulatory readiness. Or, you can utilize our regulatory experts as consultants to your readiness project.
  • Hourly labor and parts: You may need to augment your current program with additional expertise on a demand basis. We provide demand service as an add-on to competitor and in-house service programs.
