The people and services of TriMedx are led by a team of experienced, highly-principled individuals who are committed to the needs of our clients and our Core Values.
Our company’s deep knowledge of clinical engineering and the challenges facing healthcare providers begins at the very top. For more than a quarter of a century, Greg has brought innovative approaches and a remarkable commitment to clients within the healthcare industry.
He shepherded TriMedx from its inception, and guided the organization’s growth. Greg’s leadership through the many changes in healthcare has helped us position our services to meet the continuously evolving needs of our clients. He is also a strong advocate for the TriMedx Foundation, and encourages our associates to embody our Core Values.
Greg earned an Associates degree in Biomedical Technology from Ivy Tech State College and a B.S. in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University. He also completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Michigan Business School.

The financial environment of the healthcare industry has many unique aspects, not the least of which is the direct impact of changes in government funding. When Skeets had an opportunity to serve his previous employer, General Motors, as the automaker’s Indiana Director of Health Care Initiatives for two years, he developed a solid understanding of how the industry’s financial challenges impact patient care and the viability of healthcare providers.
After retiring from GM, where he had been a longtime senior finance executive, Skeets decided to continue his involvement in the healthcare industry by joining the TriMedx leadership team.
A CPA, Skeets earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Ohio State and an MBA from the University of Dayton. A member of the AICPA, HFMA, and Financial Executives International, he serves on the boards of TechPoint, the TriMedx Foundation, and the Visiting Nurse Service, as well as on the Board of Advisors to the Dean of the Butler University College of Business.

Clients sometimes ask us what it is that makes our clinical engineering services as efficient as they are, and we’ll typically point to Dale’s leadership. For nearly two decades, he’s helped organizations achieve new levels of excellence in operational management, project management, and customer service.
Before he arrived at TriMedx, he applied his expertise to customer service challenges at Diebold Incorporated, Rockwell International, and Sony. Recognizing the importance of his own professional development to his employers’ success, he has become a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Zenger Miller Facilitator in Front Line Leadership, and received extensive training in Lean Principles.
Dale earned a B.A. in Management Science from Buena Vista University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is a member of the Association for Quality and Participation.

One reason that we have such a solid understanding of the real-world challenges facing healthcare organizations is that our roots – that of our company and those of so many of our associates – are from that industry. Robert’s background is a prime example.
For more than three decades, he provided leadership to imaging and clinical engineering departments, and directed medical technology services for hospitals and healthcare organizations – among them Community Hospital Network, General X-Ray, Quality X-Ray Services, Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, and Columbia Regional Hospital. He also gained a manufacturer’s perspective through his tenure as an engineer with GE Medical Systems.
Robert earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Southwestern University, a B.A. in Business Administration from Columbia College, and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.

A key to the success of TriMedx has been our ability to attract high-quality associates, and then leverage and enhance their skills and knowledge in the most effective ways. As the leader of our HR efforts, Linda sets the standards and develops policy for all aspects of our staffing.
She brings more than 25 years of diverse director/executive-level HR experience and innovation to our company’s human capital. Before joining TriMedx, she used her expertise in strategic HR roles with ATA Airlines, Hillenbrand Industries, and Brown-Forman Corporation.
Linda earned a B.S. from the University of Louisiana, and an M.S. from the University of New Mexico.

Few industries have evolved as dramatically in recent years as healthcare, and Tony’s broad experience and market insight make him the ideal choice for identifying emerging client needs and aligning our resources to fulfill them.
He brings nearly two decades of work in sales, marketing, management, finance, IT, and customer relationship management for industry leaders in healthcare and other sectors, including pharmaceutical, biotech, CROs, consumer products, and medical device companies.
Before joining TriMedx, he was the Managing Director of CTG Life Sciences Solutions, where he led sales and marketing efforts across North America and the Caribbean, receiving the Presidents Club award three years in a row for exceeding goals, outstanding performance, and excellent customer service. He has also worked for Ernst & Young LLP and Countrymark Cooperative.
Tony earned a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University and serves on the Board of Directors for Remember the Children.

Ensuring that an organization the size of TriMedx can deliver services effectively requires an extraordinarily efficient infrastructure. Overseeing the development and continuous improvement of that infrastructure is Michael’s responsibility.
He brings two decades of successful experience with manufacturing operations, information systems, and supply chain management to our company’s expertise. Before becoming part of the TriMedx leadership team, he served key roles within Johnson and Johnson’s Global Supply Chain, Information Management, and Networking and Computing Services Organizations. He has earned certifications in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Project Management (PMP), Purchasing Management (CPM), and Six Sigma.
Michael earned a B.S. in Computer Information Systems Management from Lawrence Technological University and an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Regis University.
