Our company’s deep knowledge of clinical engineering and the challenges facing healthcare providers begins at the very top. For more than a quarter of a century, Greg has brought innovative approaches and a remarkable commitment to clients within the healthcare industry.
He shepherded TriMedx from its inception, and guided the organization’s growth. Greg’s leadership through the many changes in healthcare has helped us position our services to meet the continuously evolving needs of our clients. He is also a strong advocate for the TriMedx Foundation, and encourages our associates to embody our Core Values.
Greg earned an Associates degree in Biomedical Technology from Ivy Tech State College and a B.S. in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University. He also completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Michigan Business School.

With an impressive healthcare career spanning three decades, Tom joined TriMedx in 2010. A seasoned professional whose success speaks for itself, Tom brings over 30 years of leadership experience in medical equipment manufacturing, sales and operations with GE, Siemens and Philips.
Prior to joining TriMedx, Tom spent eight years in various senior roles at Philips North America. Most recently as vice president of sales and business development, Tom led new ventures and identified opportunities for new products and services, developing key market segments and sales channels. Leveraging his diverse background of expertise in every role throughout his healthcare journey, Tom exceeds business goals while significantly growing portfolios – and saving millions of dollars through realignment and renegotiation strategies.
A native of Wisconsin, Tom holds a Bachelors degree in biology/medical science from the University of Wisconsin and a certificate from the UCLA John Anderson School of Management Executive Education Program. Tom also continues active membership in the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

A strong financial leader, Jim Fanelli constantly maintains a unique customer-focused mindset. With an extensive background in public accounting, Jim brings innovative financial solutions to the TriMedx team. Leadership experience in strategic and financial planning, financial reporting, auditing, internal controls and due diligence have armed Jim with the necessary tools to lead the charge for future financial growth. By carefully monitoring and reducing overhead costs and minimizing discretionary spending, Jim helps TriMedx exceed financial and strategic goals, which enable TriMedx to pass along additional savings to customers.
Prior to joining the TriMedx team, Jim spent nine years in public accounting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Crowe Chizek providing auditing and consulting services for both public and privately-held organizations. Jim also spent four years helping direct Conseco through the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and leading various cost reduction efforts.
Recognizing the need for flexible, innovative financial leadership in healthcare, Jim maintains membership affiliation in various industry organizations such as HFMA and the IIA to stay abreast of the latest cost-control solutions. Jim continues to successfully lead the charge for cost avoidance for both TriMedx and its customers.

Clients sometimes ask us what it is that makes our clinical engineering services as efficient as they are, and we’ll typically point to Dale’s leadership. For nearly two decades, he’s helped organizations achieve new levels of excellence in operational management, project management, and customer service.
Before he arrived at TriMedx, he applied his expertise to customer service challenges at Diebold Incorporated, Rockwell International, and Sony. Recognizing the importance of his own professional development to his employers’ success, he has become a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Zenger Miller Facilitator in Front Line Leadership, and received extensive training in Lean Principles.
Dale earned a B.A. in Management Science from Buena Vista University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and Association of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI).
