TriMedx Appoints New Vice President of Clinical Engineering Services

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - December 13, 2007 - TriMedx appointed Dale Hockel as Vice President of Clinical Engineering Services. He leads all aspects of service delivery to TriMedx's nationwide customer base. Dale is responsible for on-going, data-driven business and customer service quality improvement processes for the company's innovative, customer-focused clinical engineering solutions.

"Dale has a proven track record in customer service, technology management and organizational leadership," stated Ned Campbell, TriMedx Chief Operating Officer. "His diverse background in customer relationship management, quality improvement and service operations continues to enhance TriMedx's strategic capabilities to drive best practices, economic outcomes and expert solutions for our customers."

Prior to joining TriMedx, Dale held leadership roles in customer service delivery and operations at Diebold Incorporated, Rockwell International, and SONY. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, trained in Lean Principles, and a certified Zenger Miller Facilitator in Front Line Leadership.
