TriMedx Announces Executive Appointments for Human Resources and Sales

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - October 10, 2006 - TriMedx, LLC, an Indianapolis-based healthcare equipment services company, announced the appointment of two new members to its senior management team.

Linda LeBlanc joins TriMedx as Vice President of Human Resources, where she will lead organizational and people development initiatives and build the human resources infrastructure to support the organization's strategic priorities. Prior to joining TriMedx, Ms. LeBlanc was the Vice President, Human Resources, at Forethought Financial Services, formerly a division of Hillenbrand Industries. She received her Master's degree from the University of New Mexico, her B.A. from the University of Louisiana, and holds several certifications in Human Resources related practices.

Tony LeCount joins TriMedx as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his new role with TriMedx, Mr. LeCount will lead efforts to meet revenue objectives, company branding, and strengthen customer loyalty. Most recently, Mr. LeCount, was the Managing Director for CTG Life Sciences Solutions, a division of Computer Task Group, Inc. Prior to CTG, he managed and organized client project teams for Ernst & Young LLP. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University and was past President of the Information System Audit and Control Association.
