Ky Phan joins TriMedx as Business Development Executive

Six Sigma Black Belt and former GE sales executive covers Alabama, Florida, Georgia

INDIANAPOLIS (Oct. 14, 2009) - TriMedx, an industry leader in medical equipment management, is pleased to welcome Ky Phan as business development executive in the southeast. Ky is responsible for developing simple, flexible solutions for new clients in Alabama, Florida and Georgia.

Based near Tampa, Fla., the former GE Healthcare senior sales executive brings more than 16 years of industry experience in sales leadership and consulting in diverse sectors to his new role. Prior to joining TriMedx, Ky served as a senior sales executive at GE developing customized service and financial solutions for outpatient imaging and other hospital revenue centers. He won major customer accounts despite challenging competitive and regulatory conditions, including some of the largest deals in the southeast U.S. region.

One of the first 20 individuals to become a certified Six Sigma blackbelt through the program piloted by GE, Ky also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, and a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida.
