Chief Executive Officer

Henry Hummel provides strategic leadership to TriMedx as it enhances its technology and service capabilities and expand its offerings to further position the company to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry. 

Hummel is a seasoned leader within the global healthcare industry, with a proven track record of growing businesses in both mature and expanding markets through product introductions, technology and service enhancements, and operational improvements. He has held a variety of executive roles for several leading global organizations, including multiple leadership roles over the course of 25 years with GE Healthcare as well as other senior positions with Covance, Johnson Controls and, most recently, Tenneco.

Hummel received his Bachelor of Science degree from Carroll College.

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Rich focuses on the overall operations of TriMedx, driving new service and product offerings, as well as customer and associate relationships.

Rich is an accomplished executive leader with more than 20 years of broad-based experience in operations, strategy, account management, business development and finance/risk management. Prior to joining TriMedx, he served in several executive roles with Asurion, a global leader in support, protection and technology solutions for consumer-connected devices. At Asurion, Rich led the warranty operations team that generated more than $70 million in value through cost improvements across all business segments while improving service turn times and increasing customer Net Promoter Scores.

Rich earned an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College.

Chief Financial Officer

TriMedx’ Chief Financial Officer leads the development of financial strategy and drives key organizational growth initiatives. Chris brings more than 25 years of experience strengthening financial operations and driving significant growth in a variety of companies. He has executive-level experience with companies including Siemens, Synagro and Redzone Robotics. His expertise includes investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and financial planning.

Chris earned a diploma of business studies and finance from Kingston University in the UK.

Douglas Folsom

Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Douglas Folsom provides strategic technology leadership. Douglas has nearly 30 years of information technology leadership experience. Previously, Douglas held positions at Kohl's Department Stores, Sterling Commerce and The Spiegel Group. He brings his proven track record of transforming business through technology to TriMedx.

Douglas earned an MBA from Ohio University and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology from DeVry Institute of Technology. He is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), American Management Association (AMA), American Society for Quality (ASQ) and Institute of Electrical and electronic Engineers (IEEE).

Tim McGeath, Senior Vice President and General CounselTim McGeath

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Tim McGeath is Senior Vice President and General Counsel, providing overall legal direction and advising senior leadership on general business initiatives, transactions and risk management. In addition, Tim holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for negotiating all agreements and contracts, and provides counsel on the company’s strategic partnerships.

Previously, Tim was a partner at the law firm of Hall Render, specializing in healthcare law. While in private practice, Tim focused in the areas of corporate counsel, health care mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and information technology. Prior to his legal career, Tim worked as an intelligence analyst and supervisor at the National Security Agency, served as an adjunct faculty member at the National Cryptologic School and Defense Intelligence College, and was senior intelligence officer in the White House Situation Room under Presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton.

Tim earned a bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Hanover College, a master’s degree from Georgetown University and a law degree, cum laude, from Indiana University. He is a member of the Indiana Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Health Lawyer’s Association, and Indiana Council on World Affairs. Tim serves on the board of directors of the Tau Chapter House Corporation and is board chair of TriMedx Foundation.

Barbara Burcope, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Chief Responsibility OfficerBarbara Burcope

Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Chief Responsibility Officer

Barbara Burcope brings more than 20 years of corporate human resources experience to TriMedx, serving as both Vice President of Human Resources as well as the company’s Chief Responsibility Officer. In her human resources role, Barbara is responsible for leading the company’s human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, talent and organizational development, employee engagement and internal communications. As Chief Responsibility Officer, she develops and leads the corporate responsibility program, championing employees around a unified culture and set of values.

Previously, Barbara served as a human resources executive for several leading Indianapolis-area corporations, most recently at Langham Logistics, a global freight management organization.

Barbara holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Purdue University and has completed coursework toward a master’s degree in special education from Indiana University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Human Capital Institute and the American Society for Training & Development. In addition, Barbara is a professional certified coach by Corporate Coach U and a certified trainer by Myers-Briggs, Development Dimensions International and Blessing & White.

Robert Duffy, Vice President, Value Chain

Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Central Operations

As Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Central Operations, Robert Duffy leads the planning, development and coordination of TriMedx global supply chain business.  Robert has over 25 years of leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, and logistics management. 

Aside from serving in the United States Army for five years, Duffy has a proven track record of process improvement, change management and cost savings in roles within respected healthcare organizations like Harlan Laboratories, Inc. and Roche Diagnostics as well as logistics firms like APL Logistics and Schneider Logistics.  He previously served as Global Director of Supply Chain and Logistics for Harlan Laboratories, Inc. Rob graduated from The United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Shane Landrum, Vice President, Business DevelopmentShane Landrum

As Senior Vice President, Business Development, Shane Landrum provides leadership towards strategically growing the TriMedx business. He brings nearly 20 years of business development and project management experience to his role. Prior to this role, Shane served as Director of Business Development. Previously he held a variety of project management and leadership positions with various Indianapolis companies.

Shane holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s degree in biology from Indiana University. He also served in the US Army, where he completed the Ranger Indoctrination Program and the Army Airborne School.

Gina March, Vice President and ControllerGina March

Vice President & Controller

As Vice President & Controller, Gina March focuses on financial planning and strategies for the organization. March is a Certified Public Accountant with more than a decade of experience in public accounting and corporate finance. Before joining TriMedx in 2010 she worked as an auditor for Deloitte and Touche, gaining experience with private clients. March has also worked for FedEx and also served in the United States Air Force.

March earned Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. 

Steve Davis

Steve Davis

Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis

As Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, Steve Davis focuses on short and long term financial planning and strategies for TriMedx.

Davis is a seasoned executive leader who has lead operations and business growth for companies of all sizes. Before joining TriMedx, Davis was the Vice President of Finance for Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain for Hill-Rom. He has served in leadership roles for other global manufacturers including King Systems, Plexus Corporation, 3Com Corporation and Motorola.

Steve earned an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor of science degree from Bradley University.

James Gupton, Vice President, Operations-Program Development TriMedx

James Gupton

Vice President, Client Services

As VP, Client Services, James Gupton leads the management of key customer relationships for TriMedx, oversees strategic alignment and grows customer relationships.

James is a seasoned healthcare management leader with extensive experience in service excellence, marketing, operations and customer care. Prior to joining TriMedx, James served as Director of Customer Success for ServiceSource and as Senior Director of Global Field and Factory Service for Covidien’s Respiratory and Monitoring Solutions business unit, where he led the $55 million, 200-employee global business. Other roles at Covidien included Director of Customer Care and Senior Global Marketing Manager of Sleep Products and Ventilation Service. James also held leadership roles at GE (Cactus Region) and Banner Health System.

James earned a MBA from the University of Leicester (England), and a Bachelor of Science degree from Kennedy-Western University. He also holds a respiratory therapist certification from PIMA Medical Institute.

Art FisherArt Fisher

Vice President & Associate General Counsel

Art Fisher assists with regulatory and compliance matters and advises on legal strategies for TriMedx.

Prior to joining TriMedx, Art was General Counsel for Determine, a publicly traded software company, where he oversaw and managed all legal and human resources affairs. Before Determine, Art was a member of the Corporate Group at the law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels, where he counseled public and private companies on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Before attending law school, Art was a first grade English teacher at Christel House de México in Mexico City.

Art received his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from DePauw University.
